with music, ASL, and drama to create an inspiring theatrical performance The Master’s Silent Sign Ministry |

Ronaldo Feliciano grew up in Bronx,
New York; he became deaf at the age of two due to illness. Ronaldo entered
Trinity Baptist College in Jacksonville, Florida in 1988, where he met his
wife, Jona; they have been married for 20 years.
Ronaldo completed his education and graduated from Harvest Deaf Bible College
in Ringgold, Georgia in 1998. After graduation, Ronaldo worked as Bible
teacher and Dean of Students for Harvest Deaf Bible College, and he served as
music director and assistant Pastor at Harvest Baptist Church of the Deaf. Ronaldo,
Jona, and daughter Beth moved to Tampa, Florida in
2004, where he serves as Pastor and music director of Grace Bible Deaf
Church, formally known as Tampa Baptist Deaf Church. The Master’s Silent Sign Ministry is an ideal venue
for Ronaldo’s ASL dramatic music performances and his evangelistic work. |

Michele DeFelice is Sign Art Ministry founder and event
coordinator. I wish I
had a beautiful singing voice, but I don’t. God, however, has given me an
expressive voice through Sign Art. After becoming helplessly captivated by
Sign Artist Mark Mitchum, God placed in my heart
Sign Art Ministry. I later earned a Master’s Degree in Interpretation from Gallaudet
University and
settled in east Tennessee; I currently attend Faith Promise Church in
Knoxville. It has been my experience that preparing an interpreted
performance is much different than preparing an interpreted church service.
There is a degree of freedom and a sense of becoming the song while
performing which is difficult to obtain while interpreting. |

Art Ministry (SAM) is a not-for-profit organization established to showcase
local artists skilled in American Sign Language and music.
SAM
